All of our lodges are within 1/2 to 4 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smokies -- not miles away from where you want to be.
We are not a management company. We own all our homes, have lived in several of them, and know from over 10 years of accommodating large groups, what you want and need when you come to the Smokies on vacation, business, yearly reunion or retreat, or a once in a lifetime event.
Families with little kids don’t want to lug high chairs, playpens, port-a-cribs and strollers; so we provide them, along with toddler toys, books, swing sets, forts, riding toys, creeks, woods, and trails.
Teens want pool tables, PlayStation 2 or Nintendo 64, Wii, foosball/table soccer, arcades and outdoor basketball goals. Adults want multiple hot tubs with outdoor wet bars, big screen TVs, multiple DVD and VCR players, a TV in each bedroom, inside Jacuzzis, fireplaces, heated onsite swim spas, access to indoor pools, clubhouses, wedding chapel, tennis courts. Corporate groups want private bedrooms and baths, and meeting facilities.
